Being a Crystal Sound Therapist

I'm Barbara Jackson and welcome to Sublime Sound Healing.

 

I'm a qualified crystal sound therapist, and I play a variety of crystal bowls to create harmonious sounds to relax the body and the mind.I present group sound healing sessions, where people come and they can lie down or sit comfortably and just let go of all their stress and their tension as they listen to the sounds and the harmony of the bowls.

 

And some people like to come to individual sessions, where I create a soundscape for them. And I can cater to the individual needs.I invite you to come along to a sound session to a group or individual session and try it for yourself.I also have wonderful CDs that are available that will also give you benefits.
